Fare should be increased for Non- AC category only.
As for AC categories fare is increased previously.

Mera ye opinion hai ki train ka Average speed bhi standardise hona chahiye ....Pichle 5 saal me 4 Lac Crore Capital Investment hua hai Infra Development par....Kya fayda hai Investment ka...????
Without MPS Increase kiye bhi main aise 50 Trains ka list de sakta hoon jisko Unnecessary Slack time Remove karke Average Speed badhaya ja sakta hai...
