* Rightly said, but I want to add that the scenario is the same since independence and SECR/ Chhatisgarh continues to be neglected.
* Unlike ECOR/ Orissa SECR/Chhatisgarh public representatives could not take leverage of huge profits/ freight loading given by SECR to IR
