That could become reality once operation raftaar is completed. But these premium trains presently should run at 150 or 160 in permitted sections, provided all LPs are trained for such speeds and their duty roster arranged as such and infighting between crew lobbies is resolved. That at present looks more difficult than upgrading the route for 160. :P
