Govt. Recently approved 22 kms Rail bridge on Aligarh - Harduaganj Line to bypass Aligarh Jn. What do you think that how will be the structure of the bridge?? Is 22 kms too long??

I am not from North but I am familiar with the traffic on Ndls hwh route. But when they can make 3 kms bridge why did a 22 kms bridge come into picture? Maybe only local / expert in this route can answer
