Why sad? Great that railways is utilizing this lock down to increase convenience for passengers. Replacing this 105 year old bridge with modern design will allow more tracks below it. This will help in faster movement of rakes to and from yards. Platform availability will increase. That will ultimately help trains maintain schedule or even speed up by reducing slack. Further, new bridge will allow for more traffic on it. Cheers.
