Finally something to cheer about. The Railway Board approved the Palakkad Town (PGTN) Pitline project worth Rs.19 Crores along with additional pitline facility at Mangaluru Cntrl(MAQ) worth Rs. 7 crores and additional coaching facilities at Kochuveli (KCVL) worth Rs. 35 crore. One pitline along with 2 stable lines are in pipeline for PGTN. Tenders will be floated soon.
