Drivers usually drive slowly in the rain but that was not the case in the bus I travelled. The driver was cautious but was relentless in overtaking. Though an Express bus, he overtook many govt and pvt luxury buses in the rain.
I put together a few high speed overtakes.

The bus left Hubballi at around 9 PM and reached Bengaluru at 5:15 AM.
Hubballi - Chitradurga the road is horrible due to construction of road from 4 Lane to 6 lane.
The rest was 6 / 4 Lanes roads.
410 Kms in 8 Hrs with half an hour break and also going into cities to pick/drop passengers on the way is really good for an Ordinary Express Bus.

Highlight : Seeing the water splashing like foam at high speed from the tyres.
