Division won't solve anything. Aurangabad's problem is its location and lack of political representation.

For any train, the revenue from the train is divided between all the zones it passes through in the same proportion as the distance covered by the train in that zone. Typically 5% is reserved for the zone maintaining the rake and the remaining 95% is split according to the distance traveled. This does not depend on the number halts etc.
...

For example, consider a train running from VSKP to SC via BZA/GNT, belonging to ECoR. Assume the train has only 1 halt in SCR, at BZA. Even if this train run runs at 100% occupancy with all bookings from VSKP alone, ECoR will get only 8% of the total revenue, since the train will run only for 17kms in ECoR and almost 645km in SCR.

Because of this, zones typically do not start trains from stations at the zone boundary and leaving the zone almost immediately, unless the stations are for very large, major cities like MAS, SBC etc.

This is the one of main reasons behind stations like MAQ and GR not getting originating trains towards SBC.

Since Aurangabad is on the border of SCR, hardly 2 hrs from MMR, it is unlikely that SCR will start any originating trains from AWB towards MMR. If they have any originating trains, they will typically be towards NED. Now, they can start trains from AWB going via PAU, AK, but NED has more political mileage than AWB, so most weekly trains going via PAU-AK, start form NED.
