See what have observed from policies of this govt, they do nearly same thing as past govt but in an indirect way providing justification for their deeds.
1. Theoretically, they are in support of reservation, so as not to angst sc/st/obc voters. But they can not angry industrial sectors and general class public.
So, they slowly eliminate permanent vacancy and recruit only ad-hoc/contractual/outsourced third party employees, annulling any effects of reservation.

They increase petrol/diesel/lpg prices same way as past govt even when crude prices are low, but quote fiscal deficit under 3% as benefit cheering the economists.
3. They can't increase train ticket prices directly as every year there is assembly election if 3-4 states where reputation of party president(alias Minister) is stake;
So they stop giving regular trains but incline to run irctc/ third party/private trains.
4. They cannot increase garib rath trains fare so they want to introduce HS in their place.
