Yes absolutely Dead Bodies can be carried through trains,but for that you dont need any Luggage Vans..If you want to carry Dead Bodies in bulk,then you can approach the concerned station manager for addition of 1/2 HCPV's..but for Normal Dead Body,it need not to be attached a HCPV.
