irifan2015~ 2442 blog postsThis train starts at 5 AM at YPR and crawls upto Hubli to reach by 3 pm. During normal times, it may seem ok. But during covid time, passengers are required to report 2 hours in advance. So one is expected to reach YPR in ghost hours.
Why can't this start by 0630-0700 (Chalukya timings) from YPR? It can still reach UBL by 1430. Many trains are not running now. So traffic is less compared to normal times. Hope railways consider this request.

It's not necessary to reach 2hr before , u can reach 10 15min before from the departure!

By the way, have you travelled to YPR to catch this train/ it's regular train?
My point is that by starting at 7 AM, you can save 2 hours journey time. People can reach YPR little comfortably.

YPR se 3hrs delay reschedule krna chahiye (on experimental basis)

Never travelled but it's not necessary to reach 2hr before and yes your point is right railway can run this train chalukya slot or 10 15 min deference in covid time to comfort timings for people
