When Rajdhani gang on Kanpur Allahabad route can handle so many Rajdhani why can't Goa Rajdhani be sent via Bhopal?
and FYI, Except SBC Rajdhani none of them is daily so it can be introduced easily.
Even TVC Rajdhani used to run on this route, later it was sent via Kota, BRC.

Are u sure its not running with full occupancy? Coz when I travelled once my ticket was in RAC from NZM to MAO at the time of booking ans it didn't confirmed.
Yes. You case can be different or peak season, but Current Ticket and occupancy of MAO Rajdhani and BSP Rajdhani is really low.
