Another reason could be that if SC railway allow AC special to Run aggressive ,it will reach BZA before 12728 Godavari exp ,which will mean Godavari will trail this train Godavari always gets priority byvSC controller throughout its journey .2 nd Reason During normal time lot of train arrive &depart from. Bza between 2200 to 0100 hours , falknuma ,sangmitra ,GT ,Jaipur exp/Chapra Shesadari ,visakha ,ypr hwh duronto ,TN , A P ,Ghy to TVC,SBC bound exp to name few trains .PF availablity is a big issue at BZA so railway have given enough slack to 12784

There is a AC failure at SC in 3 3AC coaches B8,9, 13 . The travellers pulled the chain and forced station authorities to repair AC as reported in today newspaper in Vizag edition of Eenadu. The coaches are of Duronto livery. It can speeded to leave after Charminar at 1910 GNT 2315 Vja 0015/25 and arrive Vskp 650. This timing will not have any overtakes as it leaves BZA late. In return should be given overtake of Visakha to arrive at 700 as Visakha has lot of slack. Have to wait for new timetable to if they are any changes.

Visakha is very slow in down direction. Mostly arrives BT @ BZA and again horribly slow in GNT SC section. Lot of scope for speedup. But recently they have given Delta a big speedup which will definitely come in the way of Visakha Speedup. As a result, this train also will be effected.
