Speedup is very much necessary for this train between YPR and GDR. Scope is also there. Sanghamitra goes via Chennai and takes reversal, yet it is 5 times faster than this train.
It goes via Tirupati and single line b/w KPD -TPTY requires buffer. To speed itup, it needs to go via kpd-ajj-ru
Not possible kpd-tpty is single line

Better start from ypr late
Late departure from YPR will avoid YPR HTE series crossings. Only Sabari and 12863 crossing is left out of which Sabari will stop for 12864. For 12863, also it is the same scenario between TPTY KPD.
