If there is misinformation then we have chosen a central govt to clear. Why aren't they taking them into confidence. That's my point. We can't blame farmers.
Farmers are misinformed, their leaders are not. Farmers will listen only to their leaders who at present are happily spreading their agenda against center. As and when these leaders are ready to talk, fruitful discussion can occur. Center is waiting for them to blink first. Center has played their card of stalling goods trains. This will hurt industries, thermal power stations, businesses, travelers along with farmers. When they in turn start hurting these leaders, they'll talk. With winter settling in, 27 November date for Delhi protests seems far.
If leaders aren't misinformed then why they aren't coming to Punjab from Delhi to mediate.

Farmers will listen to only their LOCAL leaders (SAD were right candidates but switched sides), not outsiders. Their local leaders will give in, but only after scoring their "Successful Protests for Farmers", whatever that means. Anyways these farmers are not the marginal farmers like those who literally depend upon their single crop. So these farmers have a capacity to agitate longer at the behest of their LOCAL leaders.
