This is a forced loot. In the name of sanitization, these people take at least 10 rupees from every passenger they can corner. At least I carry my own sanitizers and I showed them. They sort of bullied me into it and then asked for 10 rupees. And that is a private contractor at CSMT whose people give you a receipt of 10 rupees.
