Whether NFR should start a new Rajdhani exp from Guwahati with avg speed more than 80kmph with limited stoppage?

20503/4 ko 12423/4 ke route pe chalana chahiye. 12423 ki average GHY se already 69kmph ki hai aur ab route pe kaafi doubling and electrification ho gaya hai toh speed up karke 75kmph tak doono trains bhi chala sakte hai. Aur ab 20503/4 ki frequency bhi increase ho rahi hai so Northeast waalo mai kaafi popular hoga
Upto NJP 130 hoga as per plan (time lagega) but Patna tak 130 bahut jald hoga, GHY NDLS fully doubled electrified line hoga...
Rajdhani me seat nehi milta he, isliye Ghy NDLS dedicated rajdhani chahiye for the people of Gateway of northeast with ltd stoppage
After fully double electrified it is possible. Only hardle will be Katihar to Patna section, so much slack time required here, don't know why.
