These are the only sections in SR planned for 130 KMPH upgrade. All the time they do is run some inspection special @ 130 KMPH every 3-6 months and don't get approval.

TT takes 1-2 or even more years to reflect...I'm sure you know this..
In NCR trains runnning at 130kmph from last 2 years now showing in tt..
They won't update tt until they are very sure and use it as #slack

The difference here is that trains not permitted to exceed 120 mps currently in that section
What I heard is that 130 makes more wear and tear in tracks and that's why many zones not upgrading... I'm not sure though..
BZA - VSKP, BZA - SC , WL - BPQ - NGP already eligible for 120. 130 shouldn't be an issue in these sections. Just initiative should be taken up. Need some details on feasibility also for speed upgradation.
