When news about ZBTT came out it was mentioned trains will be speeded up by 30 mIns to 6 hours. So, a general expectation of speed up is expected for most trains considering removal of stoppages, reversals, slips, upgradation of infrastructure in terms of doubling/tripling/fourth lines, signaling, ROBs, MPS increase, more rolling stocks fit for 130 MPS etc. If with all these IR fails to improvise then its failure of IR and not that of common man expectation.
