All these years due to political pressures, passenger association etc they were not able to do this exercise of reducing stops, reducing running time etc Now it is a good opportunity to quietly implement many of these since in many places people are still hesitant to travel. I think looking at all the TT released so far , i think the number of trains with speed up is more than trains with speed reduction. Wherever TT changes have happened, I am sure approval of all the zones through which it passes would have been taken and only then it would have been implemented. So might be that same TT will continue
