I personally have an opinion that reserved ticket in general class is a good step ....
Converting non reserved coaches into second sitting reserved coaches is a good step ......

बिलकुल इससे उनका रिकॉर्ड मेन्टेन होगा और कोच को कूड़ा दान बनाने की आदत जाएगी जैसे :- किसी में मूंगफली के छिलके अथवा जर्दा , गुटके के पैकेट डाल दिए
