My idea of having MDU -DDN is piligrimage people from any city are generally old age people and it is difficult for them to Change train in between .if direct train. Is available .they will be happy and safe journey for them .
But may be IR has different plans

People are allowed in large numbers in political rallies and religious gatherings but normal train operations will increase Corona infection transmission...weird logic btw..
Railway Board has said to start the train.We have to wait for CDO DDN to arrange the rakes ASAP.
Yes YNRK has capacity of 24+.Even if its terminated at HW it can be easily accomdated
One more thing if Ujjaini starts then Indb - Ddn will also start as both these trains have rake sharing. If any train of these train starts running then it will require 2 rakes because both runs on continuous days.
