There is no doubt that SBC is heavily congested & saturated. Even now after so called ZBTT implementation still trains are being given almost 1 hr slack between BNC-SBC. Moreover in SBC all PF cannot be used for receiving and dispatching trains towards BNC, MYS or YPR. I guess once Bypanahalli coaching terminal becoms operational and many trains are moved there, SWR will get some respite. In fact in last TT committee meeting, SWR has rejected demands from almost all zones wherever proposal was sent for new trains to Bangalore. I think even they have realised that better to improve infrastructure first and then look at operating newer trains ! Lets wait for the new coaching terminal to be operational. Hopefully we might see some change
