With time, it will happen. I remember BJU LJN express having only 2 Sleeper coaches and 1 3A coach back in the day. Even then, one could easily get an unreserved Sleeper ticket and get a Window seat. Cut back to today, it even runs with an HA1 coach and even with 5 Sleeper coaches, chances of seat are quite minimal without reservation.
