Why do common people cannot book tatkal ticket?
Tatkal Quota of Darjeeling Mail in sl class is139
But at 8:10 today i could not book a single ticket why?

Recently Aaj Tak Channel telecasted a scam type situation brewing in Tatkal tickets under its report... titled .. "Mission Tatkal".
Many factors, tie-ups, liasions play their role in securing Tatkal tickets - whether online or counter booking... as most of the time and in most of the premium trains, common people do not succeed.
