Yes very congested at Vskp between 8-11 apart from express trains there memu passengers Rayagada , kakinada , palasa . Every 10-15 mins there is a arrival. So between Gopalpatanam and vskp they allow 3 trains at a time in block section and take them into PF in 5-7min gap of each train and at the time they need to depart trains outgoing 1-5 pf are blocked by incoming so need to manage PF occupancy too. Though NTES shows RT there is 5-10mins difference.
If they allow before 1030 they have to leave the train in PF. Korba exp has SM from 730 to 1230/1300 and has to leave at 1400 The same pitline may be allowed to Tirumala for PM up to 2000 ti leave as korba exp at 2100 which may be occupied by JB. To advance arrival they need a slot in pitline and rearrange schedules occupancy.
