This can be diverted via SR SCR areas without touching SWR area at all (Just like NCJ CSTM Via Pakala).
New train from Bangalore to Mumbai has to be introduced covering the distance in 18-19 hours.

I agree with your post. As SR and CR are not agreeing to let their TT Changes, it would be better if SWR make some smart moves. Even Hubli Dadar TT can be suitably modified to get a SF covering Bangalore Mumbai in 17-18 hours.
