Imagine the amount of power it requires to accelerate with a 1200-ish tonne load on a track which has gradient on parts of it, while simultaneously feeling 1000 kW of power for AC and lighting load!
No wonder it requires massive 7500 kVA transformer!

True , and the power of wap7 is visible whenever I record such departure.
