** Amarkantak route via BSP-Katni is longer 518 kms and the travel time is 9:30 hrs

This may be operated as day time intercity JBP-dep-6:00 & R-arr-14:00, R-dep-14:45 & JBP-arr-22:45.
** It would be highly beneficial if combined train JBP-Gondia-Raipur/Nagpur is operated with JBP-Raipur & JBP-Nagpur trains amalgamate/bifurcate at Gondia & run combined on Jabalpur-Gondia section.
** But saturation of the NGP-Raipur route may play spoilsport in this case
