It is really very difficult to believe as this area mainly focusses only on freight and the Public Representatives are good for nothing. However a staff special is running throughout the lockdown, which was stopped after the regular trains have started and there was a protest from the staff which force them to start it again. So the issue of rake and track congestion is already in place, just timing change and opening it for public is required.
I think it will be regularized, credits to DRM and staff only and no one else, though there were demands from many peoples including Public Representatives, but generally they don't have any value here.
