That is case for almost all trains now because of second wave. Many trains are getting cancelled(Csmt-Gdg Exp, etc). On top of this temple restrictions are also there, people avoid to travel to pilgrimages. Real occupancy can be checked only post Covid-19.
Upon completion of Tumkur Rayadurga (Pavagada Kadiri devarapalli), this train can get diverted via that route. For DMM ATP a train can start from TPTY to SNSI/ Manmad/ Surat via DMM GTL WADI SUR.
The critical project of IR document is posted 2 days back and in that document importance s given to doubling, tripling, quadrupling and coal lines. The lines which soley depend on passenger traffic and new lines are not in list till 2024/25 unless they are 50% completed. Daund Manmad target is Mar 25. Unless the state govts take-up land acquisition costs and bear 50% costs no new line will gain pace from IR in next 4 hrs.
