My first spotting was the Satyagraha Express[images not taken] which stood for half an hour and was humiliated by two consecutive overtakes. Visible in the below images are the BJU extended Avadh Express and the newly started GKP-STP passenger[rather empty when I spotted it].

The route length is too long for a normal passenger train to run. Plus the single track from BUW STP slows it furthur. I am looking forward to GKP Bahraich Passenger. The main route had it's gauge conversion four decades ago and hence, GKP and Bahraich have lacked direct connectivity since then. Plus the route length there is shorter as well.
