Is it possible to run LHB Intercities with Non-AC Coaches safely at 200kmph (if we have upgraded tracks for 200kmph and a loco that hauls 24 coach train at 200kmph) without facing air drag and train being lifted?

Speeds of 175 KMPH come under a Category 2 cyclone. Category 5 are more frequent in the Atlantic Ocean as the ocean is known for its violent nature. That being said, as per my knowledge, I've never seen such high speed cyclones in India. Intensity is due to warm water that evaporates and intensifies the cyclone. Warm climate is a factor, adding to that are climate change and Global warming.
