Partially agree..
Many cautious people will not use Railway provided bedrolls and Pantry Food Items, Samosa is being carried in open trays vestibule after vestibule and same hand is used to collect the money and delivering the samosas to each and every one.
Coming to Earning, a goods train would have earned even much much more.. may be 50-100 times. Moreover all trains are not charged extra, only Festival Specials are charged extra, that was even before corona. Just this time some of the regular trains are also in the list of festival...
