I agree..in terms of passenger class loco allotment Tata always became victim.. In the time of P4 they alloted 22600 and 22601 to Tata but within a couple of month they transferred it to src.I still remember when Hwh prr , Rupashi , Shiromoni , Aryanak all uses Tata's WAM4 but later all link changed to src..It always surprised me that Tata is the pioneer of 25Kv traction in SER but still receiving some pitty allotments from SER.
