Once while travelling in Sachkhand Express, experienced an OB train cleaning system. After cleaning the coaches, the staff is supposed to get the remarks/feedback filled by one of their chosen passengers. So i had them snapped in this way, when they are at their politest best...

U R 100% right, sir. I have also seen all this by my own eyes. I also compeletly agree with U, Sir.
I had also signed this while I was travelling in 3ac from ambala to manmad .
