When I search for BRAHMPUTRA MAIL - 14055, in 3A for 30Nov, from JPE to MGS there are 2 berths available.
But when I proceed for booking, after entering passenger details and with change in Boarding point as NJP, the status shows Availability in General Quota: WL 2/WL 2
Why is this so?

ok..now I have an e-Ticket with JPE to MGS. I want to change boarding point to NJP.
- Can it be done at any station? I prefer to be done at NJP. Is it possible?
- What is the process?
