Sir, the reason for manadatory stoppage at KIR is mandatory crew change-over at KIR, as KIR is the border point b/w ECR and NFR. No train passing thro' KIR skips KIR at all..!
sir pnbe is more important stn wid huge rush of pax for delhi than kir and crew also get changed at pnbe like kir
There are too many stations with such importance, all over India, and if Patna is to be given stoppage, which it is, then the concept of SK will go for toss..!
