Who will tell this to IR officials? Never heard before that a train going to a state capital gets withdrawn and shifted to a terminal with 1/3rd of population! Dehradun people have no other option than suffer due to this highly illogical decision.

ER proposed that Upasana & Doon Express trains runs from DDN to HWH & Kumbha Express from YNRK to HWH. NR thinking to run DDN-IND from DDN & DDN-UJN from YNRK-UJN. From TheRailMail Youtuber sources
