Not the case everytime. Yesterday, 20 minutes late 04040 BBD Humsafar was trolled behind 02149 Pune - Danapur SF from Prayagraj Chheoki Onwards nd later got Looped at Jhingura Station nd got Overtaken by 02398 MB nd 02368 VS which were running 40 Minutes & 70 Minutes Before Time respectively.
So, 04040 reached DDU Late by 1 Hour 50 Minutes.
