its not forfeited, it wd be rescheduled at mutually convenient dates between ECB & BCCI.

The initial press release from ecb used the term 'forfeit' and there is no confirmation on the rescheduling as yet, bcci has only made the offer. And yes, bcci did fail to field 11 players on the day. That is the very definition of forfeiture.
Accusing me of spreading 'false news and pessimism', whatever the hell that means, is a bit rich when you're the one drawing conclusions out of thin air.
