मथुरा आगरा के बीच तीसरी और चौथी लाइन बनाने के लिए जगह नही है इसीलिए राजा की मंडी पर प्लेटफार्म 1 और 2 समाप्त किए जायेंगे और बिलोचपुरा को विकसित किया जाएगा।
