In Man's single Badminton, Sai Praneeth could not win a single match and got eliminated in league round itself. However in Man's double, Indian players defeated Canada and Taiwan. due to one sided defeat from Indonesia, they aso got eliminated in league round itself but the Taiwan which was defeated by India in league matches won the Gold Medal so Indian man's double team also can be considered as a strong contender of a Medal in next Asian games or in Olympic games. PV Sindhu in Woman's single given a brilliant performance. She defeated everyone with dominating one sided except the Semifinal match where she had to face current Gold Medalist and world no.1 player. In Table Tanis, None of the player could reach in Pre Quarter Final. India needs to work hard for improving performance in Table Tanis. If we talk about Asian countries only then in Badminton, there is not so much change since except 1 Gold by Denmark, all other medals were won by Asian countries only. In Table Tanis as well, only a Silver and Bonze were won by Germany rest medals were gone with Asian countries itself.
