** IR's marketing policy is horrible. Unable to come out of monopolistic mindset, IR is unable to sense the pulse of public. It thinks that public shall pay through nose and continue travelling in AC classes.
** As a result the % market share of IR in pax as well as freight is continuously falling in spite of Rail being very much more cost effective & environment friendly mode than road as well as air.
