Is there any way to get money back on cancellation after having a Tatkal confirmed Ticket ??

I will wait but the train starts from Delhi and my boarding station is rewari ,I don't think there is even smallest of possiblity to have a train delayed by 3 hours in 78 km section .
true but train share rake with 22471/Bikaner - Delhi Sarai Rohilla SF Intercity Express which arrive only at 17:20 PM at DEE to depart as your train at 19:35
so some possibility is there

Thank God I didn't cancelled the ticket , at last moment I boarded the train😂
