Is there any way to get money back on cancellation after having a Tatkal confirmed Ticket ??

Do not cancel the ticket, wait till last
Tatkal rules: Full refund is granted on the cancellation of railway ticket booked under tatkal if the train is delayed by more than 3 hours at the journey originating point.
