After Hubli Belgaum, why it should go via longer route when you have a trunk route?
From Pune to Delhi via MMR, Goa express and Jhelum are there and both are daily. Also from DD onwards, Karnataka express also joins the same route.
Rajdhani is a prestigious train and you can not run like a Local passenger train. It has to be on top priority.

Which train via MMR takes 21 hours for Pune Delhi?
For Shirdi to Bangalore, daily Karnataka express is there. For Delhi to Shirdi, daily Jhelum and Goa express are there.
