Hi Guys, I am trying to download the PDF ticket for the booked train in IRCTC. However when I click on the print icon nothing happens.

I opened up the ticket and then this screen appears without any further movement. Urgent help will be highly appreciated.

Thanks for the feedback. Is there a way to overcome this glitch apart from contacting IRCTC? As per my previous experience IRCTC call centers are hard to connect by.
