indian railways charges Rs.25 as bedding charges for ac class(ifare nclusive in all sleeping class of m/e and exclusive in garibrath). now how come 2 bedsheets, 1 pillow cover, 1 hand towel be washed, ironed and then packed in 25 rs.? also add to it the maintainance charges and replacememnt costs of some old/mutilated/torn/STOLEN towels+/-bedsheets&pillow covers? leave apart the blankets but are the linen even washed?

bhookmari ji as you the mention that the linen is washed in 2 months
is it like this that fresh washed linen goes to 1A and then later to 2A and then last to 3A?
