indian railways charges Rs.25 as bedding charges for ac class(ifare nclusive in all sleeping class of m/e and exclusive in garibrath). now how come 2 bedsheets, 1 pillow cover, 1 hand towel be washed, ironed and then packed in 25 rs.? also add to it the maintainance charges and replacememnt costs of some old/mutilated/torn/STOLEN towels+/-bedsheets&pillow covers? leave apart the blankets but are the linen even washed?

Linens,pillow covers,blankets are washed once in 2 months .
I had once asked an attendent
Also someone said that they are washed every time train reaches its destination which is not true.
when 10104 mandovi leaves dadar to go to CST,The attendents start collecting the linens,which are distributed in 10111 konkan kanya express
